Registration includes
-Access to the Plenary Sessions on Apr. 19, 2017 and all the conferences from Apr. 18 to 21, 2017. -A printed copy of OPIC2017 program and a copy of the Conference abstracts you have registered. *Note: Conference registrants can purchase extra copies of other Conference abstracts for JPY3,000 each.

Confirmations
Registration is in effect only when payment is completed. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, registrants will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail which should be presented at the registration desk on-site in exchange for the conference badge, OPIC2017 program and the conference abstracts.
Visa Requirements
Visa Application
Visa support will be given only to those whose papers are accepted for paper/poster presentations. For more details, please contact with OPIC secretary (info@opicon.jp). For information about Japanese visas, please visit

Invitation Letter Application
Please apply to the secretariat the Request Form if invitation letter is required.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refund will be made for cancellations for any reason. If the registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be allowed provided prior notification is made to the OPIC2017 Secretariat by Feb 28, 2017 or a copy of OPIC2017 program booklet and the conference abstracts of your choice will be mailed to the registered address upon request.
On site registration not be available, please apply in advance.
